1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SH OH Truck Repair website (shohtr.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SH OH Truck Repair is a division of SH Logistics LLC, located at 3901 Pearl Rd, Medina, OH 44256.

2. Services

We provide truck repair services, road service, parts supply, truck wash, and secure truck/trailer parking solutions at our Medina, Ohio facility. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Parking Services

Our parking services are subject to the following terms:

  • Parking applications require account registration and admin approval
  • Monthly rates are based on vehicle size and spot type
  • Standard spots (up to 39ft): $114/month
  • Large spots (40ft+): $189/month
  • A signed rental agreement is required before spot assignment
  • Payment is due monthly through our secure payment portal
  • We reserve the right to terminate parking agreements with 30 days notice
  • Vehicles must maintain valid registration and insurance at all times

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Authorize.net. A credit card processing fee of $3.00 or 4% (whichever is greater) applies to all transactions. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Liability

While we provide gated access and camera surveillance for our parking facility, SH OH Truck Repair is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or their contents while parked at our facility. Vehicle owners are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
